Essential Oils 101

What I’ve learned about oils and how we’ve come to use them in my house. Just as the title would suggest - it’s a basic 101 class. But just as with teaching any class, theres good prep involved. I’m pulling together my notes so I can be a good teacher. Bear with me for a bit as I gather my thoughts and organize my syllabus.
